Fits my pocket watch well, leather is good quality but there is nothing to protect watch from the back of the base snap on the inside of the case. Open face pocket watches should not be put in this unless you don't mind scratching the watchface. Closed face pocket watches will wear better but I still wouldn't bother. I will need to mod it slightly to protect my pocket watch which I consider a bit of a pain considering I paid over $20 for it.
