I purchased this winder over 1 year ago. It worked great for about three months then stopped. I tried to have the winder replaced through amazon but they suggested I go through the manufacturer. Which I did. It was a bit of a hassle but my persistance paid off and they replaced it with a similar model not the same one. I was confused as to why I had to jump through the hoops. The new winder I got from the manufacturer works fine.

This site offers a much better price but I am not sure if the quality is the same.

The Watch winder in itself look beautiful. Didn't use the winder, because the display part dissapointed me. The actual slots on top were too long. The cushions for the watchs were too short. And the top only fit 3 watches with 4 slots. I placed some watches into the slots and they slid around. My other display, the watches are snug into the slot. I was looking forward to use the winder. I never got to using it, because I couldn't get past past the display flaw.

I also had problems with this winder. The first one I received did not work at all. The red light would blink on any setting. The replacement I received also did not work at first. I had to use the AC adapter from the first winder (the old winder did not work with the new adapter). The winder worked fine for a little over a month. I noticed one day that the light was again flashing red. Even though it was after the 30 day return policy, Amazon is giving me a refund. I am 0-2. This can't be a coincidence. The price is great for the brand, but Amazon must be selling defects or returns. This was my initial thought when I first saw the boxes the winders came in. They looked damaged and used. May be worth it to simply get a replacement from the manufacturer, but it sounds like a hassle. Might end up getting a lower quality winder for my Breitling.
