Summary: Dont buy from this seller ! 2008-11-11
Comment: I am writing this review for the merchant and not for the merchandise (havent even tried the merchandise but given my experience with the merchant, am not very excited about it). I ordered a very nominal amount product, the merchant charged 140% of the purchase price for shipping and still shipped the product through USPS ! Which might have been ok, but to spice it up, they also decided to put the shipping label wrong. The invoice had the correct address and the person who received it was kind enough to send it back to the invoice address (took more than 2 weeks and unnecessary trouble to a lot of people). Mistakes happen and I am ok with that, but what I dont understand is why would you charge more than the retail rate of UPS ground shipment (a lot better tracking) and still ship it via USPS parcel (hardly any useful info for tracking). I feel cheated by the merchant and I don't think I will be comfortable buying any product from this merchant in the future.

Summary: Ok for home use 2008-10-23
Comment: Not for the professional jeweler, but great for time to time home use.
Saves you having to make a trip to go have a watch fitted. Worth the $10

Summary: Very Handy Tool 2008-10-21
Comment: If you collect watches like I do, you'll want to get yourself this tool. Very easy to use. Even if you use it only once, you've saved money because it typically costs $10.00 or more to get your watched sized at the mall. Plus, now I can re-adjust my watchbands as necessary.

Summary: Filmsy and doesn't work for my watches 2008-10-19
Comment: Got this when we bought a couple of dress watches but the pins didn't fit and didn't work for our watches. i imagine it would work if you have a watch with the right size pins...but this is also made of very cheap plastic. do not recommend buying..

Summary: Works flawlessly, totally justified even owning only one "good" watch 2008-10-15
Comment: Bought together with an invicta watch, it worked without issue right away, very easy to justify owing even only one watch since is so convenient not to have to go to a watch store for minor adjustments.
