I selected these for my bike because I didn't want the really long bar ends that are usually sold. They were shipped quickly and very easy to install. The ends are very light and make for a really comfortable ride when you need to switch out positioning of your hands during a trip. They look great on the bike as well. I suppose if you have hands like the hulk, that these probably wouldn't be the right ends for you, but otherwise, I highly recommend them.

This bar end is a replacement for a bar-end broken in a crash. As such, I was looking for the usual features in a bar-end; adequate length, ergonomic fit , and strength.
These bar ends are a good fit, both for size and ergonomics, for my medium-sized hands. They seem fully adequate in terms of strength as I have yanked on them during hard pulls up hills and leaned on them for position changes on long rides.

My only dissatisfaction comes from the shape of the end of the bar. My previous bar-ends had a nice groove which attracted a digit to drape forward. These are convex and don't encourage that knuckle-forward position as an alternative. They don't prevent it, they just don't encourage this alternate position.
