Classically styled and simply elegant, the Tissot PR50 stainless steel men's quartz watch is great for everyday wear or for matching to more formal business dress. It has a large, silver stainless steel watch case that measures 36mm (1.42 inches) wide and offers a brushed finish. It's topped by a raised, highly polished silver bezel that frames the white dial, which is accented by a full Arabic numeral display, slim luminous hands (with seconds hand), and a date function at 3 o'clock. It's completed by a silver stainless steel bracelet band with mixed satin and polished finishes, and it's joined by a foldover safety clasp. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet), and precise Swiss quartz movement.

Excellent watch and quick shipping.

Pros:
Stainless steel band. Sapphire Dial window.

Cons:
Battery, not automatic. You have to replace the battery every 3 yrs. You can get the Automatic for $100 more.

Things I have learned while buying a new watch:

I have owned a few watches in the past and all I can suggest is always buy one with a sapphire dial window.

Additionally, mineral or hardend mineral is still glass with some layer or covering on it to help it resist scratches. Try to avoid it. ie Seiko, Citizen or lower end watches.

Buy Titanium if you have metal allergies or want a lighter watch. Titanium scratches easier than stainless steel but it harder to see because titanium is a darker metal.

Don't get a leather band, if you forget to take off the watch when showering/washing your hands. If the leather gets wet a lot you will regret it. (smells and feels yucky)
