It's comfortable, casual, and built for everyday wear, but the integrated Walk Sensor and Diet Diary make the Health Tracker much more than a watch. Simply enter height, weight, age, and gender, and the watch automatically tracks your daily activity including steps, distance, and calories burned by sensing the natural swinging motion of your arm. The watch can help motivate you to stay active by displaying cumulative daily activity on the front of the watch, and sounding an alert when you're half-way to your daily goal. Plus the unique Diet Diary feature allows you to discreetly and conveniently keep track of what you eat throughout the day. During a workout session, you can monitor time, distance, and pace intensity level and it's easily configured between miles and kilometers, steps, and calories. It might look like a watch, but it acts more like a personal coach, helping you to take the guesswork out of diet and exercise.
Features: - Workout provides elapsed time, distance, and pace effort

This watch is amazing! It has so many features and ways to personalize your settings. I bought this as a tool to better health. One of the best features is that it easily lets you enter the calories you have consumed during the day and then it keeps a running total for you. This makes it so easy to monitor what you are eating during the day. It has 3 alarms that can be set for a particular day, weekdays or weekends only. It also includes timer, activity record and workout recorder. These can be measured in steps (after you enter your stride length), time or in distance. It also lets you review your diet and workout records for the last 7 days. The only fault is that because you wear it on your wrist, you must be swinging your arm while walking to get an accurate distance from the pedometer. So it works great when you are doing your workout...but sometimes it misses steps when you are just walking in the grocery store etc because there isn't enough arm movement. For me it...Read more

This watch is not accurate at all. I was so excited when I received it in the mail but it was completely inaccurate in tracking my distance. I just ended up downloading a free app for my iphone that tracks my runs with gps and it is much more accurate than this watch. I tried all the different forms of calibrating it (measured my stride, tried calibrating to distance) nothing was even close to accurate. Save up your money and spend it on a better gps watch.
