From the picture, it looks like the numbers are white. They are actually silver and have a mirror-like reflective quality. I found that this made it hard to see them.

I was surprised to see how big this watch is, but has all the basic functions that i require and you cant beat the indiglo night light. The strap is sporty and comfortable and yes it has the appearance of an expensive watch.

For the price I paid, this was indeed a steal. This watch would be perfect to wear in either a business or semi-formal setting. I like the use of diffrent colors (white, silver & red) on a black background. It has a clean design and at a distance it looks more like a high end brand name watch then a Timex. The size and weight also feels perfect for me, not too small or too bulky. If you can do without a stopwatch, timer or any digital features, this watch is worth looking into.
This was also the first watch that I purchased via Amazon and the whole process was trouble free. If your a Timex fan, check out their official website, find a watch that you want and then go to Amazon and see the diffrence in price. It's worth it. Thank you.
