My girlfriend and I got this watch for her dad, and he couldn't be happier with it. I really liked the black face and chronograph function. Band is very nice, more gunmetalish than silver which I really like. The face was a bit bigger than I thought but that is just compared to my other Seiko watch which is a bit less thick than this one. Great watch, great price. Thank you Amazon.

I purchased this watch to replace a broken watch. The watch looks and feels great;however, I noticed that the date would not change no matter what time I set the date (the user guide tells users to only set the date between certain times to make sure it changes). Very disappointed and sent the watch back for a refund. I almost didn't buy it in the first place because I have never believed that one can buy a good watch at this price point - may I was right. Back to Tissot for me

A few points:

- This watch has one major deal breaker for me - no lume - and that's a shame because when Seiko does it, they do it great.

- The size of the watch is "normal" - perfect for me - but it will be too small if you are one of those fools who like big watches in the 42mm+ range.

But the real problem for me is that I just cannot wear a chronograph. And I dont think anyone should, in fact, they are ridiculous. The dial is so cluttered and with this model the chrono hand just sits there at 12 o'clock - it is kind of difficult to just glance and tell the time without thinking because you are looking at so much stuff. And for those people who claim they need and use a chrono - you should be wearing a digital watch.
