I spent many hours and days searching for a watch to buy myself for my birthday. I finally found this absolutely beautiful watch with great water resistance at a fantastic price. Thank you Seiko and Amazon.com. It arrived yesterday and was even better than I expected.

It took me a whole day on January 1 doing research before decided to buy this watch. Generally it is exactly as good I expected, nice looking with two colors, accurate and quiet. Couple of things I noticed before. The plate is dark blue more close to black though I like ligher and brigher blue but not too dark. The watch is 8.7mm a little bit thicker than I wanted. But these are not big problems.

Couple of years ago, I bought a Kenneth Cole at roughly same price. That one was much slimmer but sound you could hear from a meter away. I realized that it was not a good sign and it ran for only one and half years and stopped again in six month after I replaced a bettery made in Japan.

I love my new Seiko watch.

This is a great watch to have . Easy to read, night vision which is missing in most of the watches today (Lord knows why?). If you like blue face watches, this is the best.

Issue I had was (my mistake, though), when I first looked at the watch, I thought this to be a black dial and purchased it. When I had a sharper look at it, turned out to be blue. Is there anyone here who can tell me, if there is a way for me to change the dial to black?
