My girlfriend actually originally bought me this watch for my birthday from a Kenneth Cole store. Unfortunately the latch was not working that well, so I had to order a latch replacement from Kenneth Cole. KC customer service was great, they sent me a new latch without any hassle and the watch fixed. It was frustrating that the latch was broken right away, but it was great that it was taken care of so quickly. (they didn't have any watches left to exchange at that store).

Also when I was googling how to get it fixed under warranty when I saw that amazon had the watch for $80 cheaper then the store. I returned the watch to KCole and ordered it from amazon. Latch was perfect on this one. Have had it over 2 months without a problem.

The watch itself is really nice. The black and silver on the band definitely makes the watch stand out. I can wear the watch with just about anything. Perfect formal or casual wear.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas last year and I absolutely LOVE it (he does too). It's stylish, sleek, yet not too overdone or fancy: I think the gun metal accents in the band make it look less flashy but it still grabs people's attention. He gets compliments on it all the time. We were sitting at lunch at a nice restaurant and another guy came over to our table to tell him what an awesome watch he had. Our friend bought himself a similar styled watch, except it just had a solid colored band, the face was a bit bigger, and he payed $500 more or so for his watch and he saw my boyfriend's and immediately wanted to take his watch back! It has a nice weight, the face plate is awesome, a nice size, but not too flashy, and the two tone accents on the watch make it incredibly stylish. It's a great watch for dressing up or dressing down or even wearing to work. It is my favorite watch I've seen for a guy :)
