Jacques Lemans Men's GU223D Geneve Collection Automatic Watch

I have owned this watch for a year now. I've been waiting to post a review on it because I didn't want to give the owning the watch for two weeks review that I have done in the past. This is really a well made solid watch. Keeps accurate time; looks like a very expensive watch, and is very well made. i switched out the stainless steel band for a black zulu canvas band. The watch is heavy and the stainless steel band adds a little more weight to the watch as well. I like the looks of the canvas band better for this watch. It's a perfect match.

I am very happy with the watch after one year and would highly recommend this to anyone. It is a big watch so buyer beware. 44mm may not seem big to some but it is still very hefty at 44mm. When I go into the my watch box this is the one that makes it on to my wrist on most days. It's my favorite!

I did get one of these in red/blue from a different online shop and man, do I love it? Definitely! Like already reviewed here, it is really beautiful and very finely crafted. It looks solid and far more expensive. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks now and it has been keeping accurate time. As recommended for automatics without power resever, I have wound it once apart from wearing it every day to work. JL also makes similar model and colors in chronograph but unfortunately they are quartz movement. In fact I'm planning on getting the green one too. Frankly the pictures available on the online shops for these are of bad quality and the colors are too bright. The watches look great in reality.

I love this watch. It looks far more expensive than it really is. A Sapphire crytal and a Swiss automatic on a watch for under $300 is hard to come by.

Maybe a bit heavy for some people.
Band clasp is a butterfly push button clasp and not a real diver's clasp
It would have been nice if it had a see-thru caseback but that's just my opinion.
