The silicone band is actually very loose on my wrist, and slides around on my forearm, which is maddening. I'm a large man, so I can't imagine how this would fit on a woman's wrist. The display is much brighter than the dim display picture, but the display is actually blank until a button is pushed to display the time/date. The problem with this process is that there is a two-second animation before the time is actually displayed, and another if you want to see the date. After 10 seconds, the display shuts off. I can see the purpose of turning off the display on an LED watch (they consume more power than an LCD), but the animations get in the way of quickly checking the time or date.

This watch is all about style. If you like how it looks, buy it. Otherwise, move on.

I tried to think of a descriptive word for this watch: edgy? trendy? unique? the only word that came to mind was "but-tugly". It appears to be made from wet-suit material or an old inner-tube. Since it is a bangle bracelet design (no adjustment) naturally gravity drags the face side around to the back side of your arm. It takes two hands to check the time so if you're driving, biking, holding a kids hand, carrying a package etc forget it. I can't imagine anyone I know, male or female, wearing this watch. You might be able to foist one of the more colorful ones off on a preteen. The watch is supposed to be water resistant to 99 feet (you can check the time while you're drowning if you have two free hands) and maybe it keeps great time but I'm sorry I just couldn't get past the inconvenient, atrocious design.

I wore my watch everyday until it fell out of its socket yesterday. The band I still have, the watch part is gone. If you will be wearing this under a coat, don't. 30$ gone.
