This is a solid watch, and although I couldn't imagine anyone paying the almost $800 MRSP, the roughly 90% discounted price on Amazon is definitely worth it. I'm a big fan of the sliver on black minimalist design, and since this is pretty much just an accessory, I like the minimalist functions as well.
For sizing, there are 7 removable links in the wristband, as well as 6 holes on the clasp itself that allow for additional fine-tuned fitting. My wrist is a little on the small side (about 7 inches in circumference), and there is still plenty of room to adjust it down smaller. I'd estimate that this watch would fit wrist circumferences of between 5.5 inches to 9.5 inches. Keep in mind that these estimates are just that -- estimates -- and NOT exact measurements, so buy cautiously if you're close to either end of these estimates.
The clasp itself has an additional piece that folds down to ensure the watch remains secure around your wrist.

Nice, heavy watch. Great value for the price. May be a little too large for smaller wrists, but a great watch nonetheless.
