The basic problem with this kit is its most essential piece. The blue plastic link remover does not come with replacement pins. It requires focus to properly align the tool's push pin with the friction-fitted watch band link pin. The novice wll almost certainly bend or snap the push pin at some point. When I called the company for a replacement pin, a representative didn't hesitate to offer it by mail without charge. So, why not include a few in the kit? The kit's long nose pliers are good quality and needed to extract a watch band's dislodged link pin. The tweezers and (six) screwdrivers are useful in some situations, but a small hammer to make flush the replaced link pin is always useful. My kit came with instructions but why not an illustration? The kit's list price of one hundred dollars doesn't add up. A hardware store will sell comparable quality long nose pliers for about ten dollars. Just purchased the kit, the watch link remover tool has a cheap feel but does the job, the link remover pin was bent, but the plier they included did well to straighten the link remover pin. The Link remover did work well, but lacked the fine adjustments. The box was cheap paper and they items are packed in foam with cutouts for each tool. The pliers has already chewed up the foam cutout meant for the plier. One thing missing is the watch cover opener, otherwise it is a decent set.

Make sure to ask for replacement pins...mine broke after removing two links with the link tool.

Instructions leave a lot to be desired.
