i got this watch as a gift for christmas this past year. I had the watch for about 3 weeks and the band broke and needed to be sent back for repairs. I got it repaired after fighting with customer service for an 2 hours. Then 3 months later the crystal chipped after a very light fall where the watch head didnt hit the ground and then also the rotating bezel fell off 2 days ago. Very crappy quality but for when the watch stayed together i loved it.

This watch is very nice but not very solid. The outside rotating ring detached from the case on the first week... Also lost the white dot glued to the top of that ring on the second day!! No reply to the email I sent to Croton Watch. Finally, the watch works well and keeps time.

The watch is the 2nd one I've owned of this model....The other was stolen....Great quality, beautiful workmanship, however, the watch gained 7 or 8 minutes a day (12 hour period)....I had to send it back to the dealer in New Jersey (from NV)...Hope it gets resolved OK....The other one I had kept perfect time as I checked it every day...Good value...
