With money being tight like it is for everyone these days, and knowing how selective I am when it comes to watch features and quality, I assumed it was a bad time for me to begin looking for a new watch to buy. But a past medical condition began causing tremors and weakness in my hands and wrists, so the primary watch I have worn in recent years had to go. It was a beautiful Swiss-made stainless steel automatic with the works, but it was too heavy for me to comfortably wear any more for any length of time. With that as my backdrop, I decided to look for a new "everyday wear" watch (i.e. fit for casual and business wear), but it had to have all the following features:
>- Analog with Date function,
>- Water-resistant rating of at least 100 meters,
>- Be "self-propelled" - either solar, kinetic, or an automatic mechanical - but NO batteries to replace,
>- Luminous for basic night-viewing,
>- Sapphire crystal, and
>- MOST IMPORTANTLY - Titanium watch...Read more

I wanted a watch with certain features: nearly scratch proof crystal, date, luminous hands/numbers, metal bracelet, solar powered and super-accurate. This watch delivered it all at a good price. It looks great too and is easy to read in all light conditions. Adjusting the bracelet is easy using just a regular pin to knock-out the link pins but be careful. There are tiny split tubes that also fall out with the pins. These grip the pins, holding them in place. You have to reinsert them in the center tab of the bracelet (I used a regular pin) before you drive the link pin back in place. It's easy to do but this tiny part is easy to lose.

...and I'm pleased to say the least.
D. Miller's review above is spot on and I can't add much detail.
What I can say is that the picture is fairly accurate. The body and band of the watch are matte but with a bit of shine. Semi-matte if you know what I mean? The face is black, but it's high gloss and has a silvery shine in the light.
The band comes XX-large so most average humans will need links removed. No big deal. A smaller adjustment is available on the clasp itself as usual.
The band is made in China and is well made. Not an arm-hair-puller. The movement is from Japan.
Great watch. You won't find anything near this price point with solar, titanium, and a sapphire crystal.
