It's a rugged looking, well laid out watch that has easily kept its charge without worrying about exposure to light. Multiple functions are easily managed if you study the instruction booklet.

About two years ago I bought the GW300 which is similar to this one. Every morning at 5:03 since then the watch seeks a signal from the satellite and updates the time. The watch has been through the toughest tests one can imagine and it keeps on humming. Accurately, too. While a bit bulky compared to a regular wristwatch it has been packed with almost every tool you can imagine except a GPS. When I am ready for a new Casio it will be the G-Shock variety such as this one advertised, the G7300.

Very easy to read time and date. Indiglo is very nice, especially at night when it activates automatically when you raise your wrist. Alarm function has too many alarms. One is enough. Address book is not needed on my watch. That is what a cell phone is for. Watch band might be an issue as it is not heavy duty like the watch itself and that is my only real concern as it is a unique band to this watch.
