Sold on it when I first saw it.
Fathers day gift.
Thin lightweight. Fits large wrist.

I only bought this watch because of a promotional sale that ultimately made this watch cheaper than the cost to replace the battery in my existing watch. That said, I've been happy with it so far. This watch is very simple and lightweight, and very unlike the heavy, thick metal designs that I expect from Bulova. Despite its airy weight, it feels sturdy and durable. The only design quibble is that the adjustment knob is hard to pry out from the body. The styling is a matter of personal opinion. The bright, colorful font used for the numbers is very unlike the signature designs of Frank Lloyd Wright (it looks more like a house number font designed by J Crew to me). I was afraid that the font would make it look like a kid's watch, but it's not as gaudy as I thought it might be (and no one has made any snide remarks about it yet!).

My watch clasp was broken and I just wanted to get something to tide me over until I had the time to get my watch repaired. This looked interesting and I am very pleased. Nice big numbers, colorful face, fun to wear.
