This is the newest edition to the highly collectable Android Hydraumatic series. It features a black ionic plated 316L stainless steel case which is connected to a spring assisted, expandable cuff-style bracelet that is unique to Android. The watch is powered by a Swiss quartz chronograph movement with a scrolling date window between 3:00 and 5:00. The hands and markers are treated with SuperLuminova for excellent readability in low light or darkness. Case: 316L black ionic plated stainless steel, 42mm. Designed to look like pistons from a motor, the Android Men's Hydraumatic Chronograph Quartz Black Plating Watch looks like no other. This easy-to-wear cuff watch with added chronograph function kicks off with a round 42mm black-toned stainless steel case with a fixed bezel, two pushers and a textured crown. These elements surround a dashing black dial, which is protected by a mineral crystal and features luminous index hour markers and luminous hands powered by Swiss quartz movement. The dial also features two chronograph sub-dials offering 60-second and 30-minute displays. A black-toned stainless steel cuff with two tight silver-toned coils running up and down both sides keeps this unique timepiece on the wrist. Finally, this watch is water resistant up to 165 feet (50 meters).

It instantly reminded me of the dread locks of Predator from the movie Alien Vs. Predator! Weight; The weight of the watch is heavy. I would not say it's too heavy, but it is heavy enough so it feels like a solid watch on your hand. The weight also attests to the quality of the watch. The build quality at first glance is really quite good. It feels solid and doesn't seem like it will break anytime soon. Buttons; The side buttons of the watch do not feel that great tactile wise. What I mean by that is when you press the top and bottom buttons the response from the watch is rather crappy. It is not satisfying as if you were to hear or feel a click when you press it down. Not a huge deal, but still a con. The instruction manual that came with the watch is useless. It does not even have instructions for the watch. The band doesn't quite close completely on my wrist, but I haven't experienced any pinching as some others have mentioned. The only complaint I have is that the crystal has become kind of cloudy, which I think is due to oil from the mechanism as this seems to be an issue with some types of watches.
